Consumption recommendation

Ideally, take 1 x 20 ml or 2 x 10 ml (with the enclosed measuring cup) undiluted and allow to circulate a little in the mouth before swallowing. Preferably take at least half an hour before a meal. For a milder taste experience, EM Multi ferment can be taken diluted in half a glass of water.

Storage

Store at room temperature before opening and protect from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within one month. Please store the product upright and do not drink directly from the bottle. Carbon dioxide formation can cause a slight overpressure in the bottle. Swirl the product before opening, do not shake.
