The Gut Bundle Basic contains 2 products that are harmonised with each other and support the intestinal flora with probiotics (EM Multi ferment). Vitamin C (EM Multi ferment, Neovital) contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C and vitamin A (Neovital) increase iron absorption and contribute to normal iron metabolism.

EM Multi ferment – probiotics and ferments

Consumption recommendation
- Neovital: Take 1 measuring cup (5 ml) daily with 200 ml water, preferably at least 15 minutes before a meal. Shake well before use.
- EM Multi ferment: Take 1 x 20 ml or 2 x 10 ml (with the enclosed measuring cup) daily, ideally undiluted, and allow to circulate a little in the mouth before swallowing. Preferably take at least half an hour before a meal.
