Normally I go to the doctor in early spring to get a cortisone injection as I suffer from very bad hay fever. Asthma and coughing occur in addition to the “normal” pollen reactions such as burning eyes, sneezing and sniffing.
My mother gave me a container of Aronia Vida and suggested I take three capsules per day. I have been doing this for about the last three weeks. At the moment the hazel and alder trees are in full bloom and I have no symptons. I can’t believe it! I will continue taking three capsules per day to see if there is further improvement.
