Moringa on a par with multivitamin preparation

I’ve been taking a conventional multivitamin supplement every day for years. When I don’t take it, I feel tired from about 4 p. m. and am hardly able to think clearly or listen to others.

Recently, I discontinued taking the multivitamin and instead started taking Moringa Vida as an experiment. I feel equally energetic and fit, but prefer taking a natural product.

My conclusion: Moringa is at least equivalent to a conventional multivitamin.
