Neovital – Bioavailable vitamins and plant substances
Neovital contains various vitamins in liposomal form[loggedin] and therefore with increased bioavailability [/loggedin]. These include vitamins C, B12, E, folate [loggedin](“vitamin of life”) [/loggedin] and beta-carotene (provitamin A) as well as quercetin and alpha-lipoic acid.
What is a liposomal form?
A liposome is a tiny bubble-like structure (vesicle) with a fat-loving outer skin that envelops an aqueous phase.
According to some studies, vitamins are absorbed much better in this liposomal structure than in dry form.
We use soya lecithin to “package” the individual vitamins liposomally.

Example: Bioavailability of liposomal vitamin C
The liposomal coating of vitamin C increases its bioavailability. A study* (see graphic) shows the difference in absorption:
- of a placebo
- of vitamin C in powder form
- of liposomal vitamin C
The graph shows that liposomal vitamin C is clearly the best absorbed. The vitamin C in the blood plasma is on average approx. 2x higher when taken in liposomal form.
Vitamins in Neovital
Vitamin C for the immune system
Vitamin C is one of the best-known vitamins. Its effect is well researched and well known. Among other things, vitamin C contributes to
- to the normal functioning of the immune system,
- to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue,
- normal psychological function,
- the protection of cells from oxidative stress,
- normal energy metabolism,
- normal function of the nervous system.
Vitamin B12 for normal energy metabolism
Vitamin B12 refers to a whole group of chemical substances that are essential for the human organism. Among other things, vitamin B12 contributes to
- normal function of the immune system,
- normal functioning of the nervous system
- normal psychological function,
- normal energy metabolism,
- to the normal formation of red blood cells,
- to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- and has a function in cell division.

Folate, the “vitamin of life”
Folate has various important functions in the immune system and metabolism. Folate or folic acid contributes, among other things
- normal functioning of the immune system,
- to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue,
- normal psychological function,
- normal haematopoiesis,
- normal amino acid synthesis
- and has a function in cell division.
Beta-carotene, precursor of vitamin A
Beta-carotene belongs to the group of carotenoids and is the most important precursor of vitamin A. Among other things, it contributes to
- the maintenance of normal vision,
- normal function of the immune system
- normal iron metabolism,
- the maintenance of normal mucous membranes,
- the maintenance of normal skin
- and has a function in cell specialisation.
Vitamin E to protect against oxidative stress
As a fat-soluble vitamin, vitamin E is mainly found in fats. Among other things, vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
Lipoic acid, quercetin and beta-glucan
Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing fatty acid that is both fat and water soluble. [loggedin]In its natural (R) form, it also occurs as a coenzyme in the mitochondria (tiny “power stations in the cells”) [/loggedin]
Quercetin from fruit and vegetables
Quercetin is a flavonoid found in various types of fruit and vegetables. The best sources include onions, apples, berries, broccoli and kale.
Beta-glucan
Beta-glucan is a compound of several glucose molecules found in the cell walls of fungi and plants. [loggedin]Beta-glucan from the cell walls of baker’s yeast has been the most thoroughly studied scientifically[/loggedin]

What are the benefits of Neovital?
- In Neovital, the ingredients are liposomally packed in soya lecithin. This allows for improved absorption.
- With many vitamins and phytochemicals
- High vitamin B12 dosage (100 µg per 5ml daily dose)
- Neovital is vegan
