Vitamin E – A Top Class Antioxidant

Vitamin E is not just a single substance, but a whole family of powerful antioxidants. One of these is alpha-tocopherol, which has been particularly well researched. Although it was always thought that this was also the most effective form of vitamin E, it has now been discovered that tocotrienols can be up to 40 times more effective in some cases with regard to their antioxidant effect.
